Q: Is the Propaganda LP available anywhere else?
A: Counter Intelligence no longer deals with a distribution party. Our releases are sold directly to customers first.
We do however intend to sell part of our stock to (web)shops to increase the exposure of the artists and the label.
We will only do this if we have left over stock and a good time after all customer orders have been handled and shipped out.
Q: Where and when will a digital version (on mp3, flac, etc) of the Propaganda LP be for sale?
A: We provide a free digital product with any ordered copy of the LP, available for download starting from July 1st, after the LP has been paid for.
If you don’t want to order an LP and just want to order MP3’s, please check out our webshop after July 1st.
Our digital distribution will involve other parties in the very near future, so soon you can buy our mp3s on other sites as well.
Q: What do I need to do when I want to order more than 1 LP?
A: Please go through the regular order process by choosing the amount of LP’s you want from our webshop.
The total order amount will be calculated automatically and your order will be confirmed by e-mail.
Note that one package can contain only two LP’s due to the weight classes of the postage system.
So for every two albums you order you only have to pay the postal charge once.
Your order registration ends by following the instructions in the e-mail, which comes down to the following:
You register a pledge (for €40 - $60 in the currency used - or a multiple of it) for each whole amount of €40 in your order, NOT for each record.
(This is due to the fact our trust issuer can only take fixed amount pledges and whole multiples of that).
When the LP order period ends your paypal or creditcard is charged for the amount of your pledge.
The difference between your total order amount and your pledge will be invoiced seperately by a paypal payment request from our shop.
For example:
If you order three albums, your charge would be 3 times €29 (€87) plus 2 times €11 (€22) for a total of €109.
Your order would be shipped in two seperate packages.
You pledge for two albums and you will get automatically charged for €80 when the order period ends.
You will receive a seperate paypal payment request for the remaining €29.
Only after both your automatic payment from your pleges and your seperate payment for the excess amount are processed, your order will be shipped.

Each package can ship one or two LP’s and costs €11 flat fee world wide shipping.

Q: Can I also order another Counter Intelligence release? Can I use a different form of shipping? Can I do this, can you do that?
A: We probably can do all the things you want.
However, to keep the LP order process as simple and clean as possible we have worked hard to make it as it is.
If you do have some other wishes or a question regarding shipping options, do not hesitate to e-mail us.
Please do place orders for other Counter Intelligence releases in a seperate webshop order for convenience’s sake.
Q: How can you offer worldwide flat fee shipping?
A: We use both the Dutch postal system for sending orders around in Holland and Europe and the German postal system for sending orders worldwide.
This is done to guarantee everyone (except for Dutch people as they are off a bit cheaper) the same flat fee shipping rate.
Take note that this shipping rate only counts for the initial order period, as we intend to deliver packages to a post office ourselves and have to drive to Germany to do that.
Q: Is the musical content of the LP versions any different from the downloads available here or elsewhere?
A: No, the digital versions contain the exact same tracks as the full download.
The digital versions have received a different mastering treatment than the vinyl version.
This was also done by our engineer to give them the best sound possible on digital / CD format as well.
